抱歉标题党一下练胸背的时候无论做多久心情都是愉悦的,但是每到臀腿日,练之前都要给自己做心里建设,然而做的时候也特别痛苦,保加利亚蹲更是做不来一点。小时候就很讨厌腿部的运动,比如蛙跳跳远跑步,膝盖还因此受过伤。但是不练臀腿就好像没健身一样,有没有uu能分享一下练臀腿的经验呢?
