实习单位时不时就加班，领导总是白天不安排我做事，快下班了才叫我干。怎么解决？

我是大学实习生，单位一个月要加3-5次班，其实不算多。但是加班的理由让我哭笑不得，就是平时我的事情不算多，我的直属领导不把事情安排在白天给我做，非要卡在我下班的那个点让我做，是每次都这样！！！而且我家离得比较远，我每天通勤要3个半小时，所以这样形式的加班让我很困惑。。。于是刚刚我终于在微信和领导摊牌了！但她还没回复我。
