本人鼻炎可能快20年了，最近做点刺说是对尘螨过敏，医生建议可以做脱敏治疗，有打针和舌下含服两种，但是都要三年而且不便宜，也不一定有效。我认识的耳鼻喉的朋友说脱敏治疗小孩效果好些，成人效果不太好。想问下有没有朋友做个这个的，效果怎么样？
