听得我头痛。我爸妈的意见是谁用这一段水管谁维修，之前的租户都没有漏过，偏偏在他们装修的时候漏了，怎么会跟他们没关系呢？但是楼上业主不同意，说这一段虽然他们在用但是经过我们家，要我们出钱修，我是生活小白没经验想问问大家这个时候一般怎么解决？我说能不能让物业修，物业说让业主自己协商
