我发现我会这样，网上跟同学朋友聊天聊多了，好像就满足社交欲望了？然后就会忽略对现实生活中和身边人的社交，现实里的社交水平就会降低。我不知道怎么说但是感觉好奇怪。。我也不想这样，为什么啊😢
