在学的过程中有两次被呛水过 都是被救生员捞上来 因此有点心理阴影 目前还没学会踩水 自己尝试过好几次都没学会 在浅水区都有点不敢游 需要有人看着才安心(以防我呛水能及时救我) 感觉自己在游泳的过程中不小心碰到人或者是一下子呼吸节奏不对就会很慌乱 有一次呛水就是因为在换气的时候忘了吸气 下去没有气动作乱了就呛水了😭 有没有类似经历的友友 该怎么克服
