每次坏情绪积累太多觉得自己承受不了的时候,我就很容易暴食,吃的时候很开心,但是大量进食结束后会更难过,撑的肚子很难受,也没觉得情绪好起来了,并且再回想起自己吃东西的样子会有一种恐惧感,会让自己联想起《千与千寻》里暴食的场景。最近两天反思了一下,好像我没有一个很好的方式发泄,每次不是熬夜就是进食,所以想问问大家都是怎么发泄坏情绪呢,有什么更健康更养生的方式吗?
