我最近在加拿大买了一本教人怎么变自信的书，里面分7个步骤，我不知道它到底有多实用，就准备组织一些人一起实践。原本想的是10个人，但因为也不是每个人每次讨论都会参加，所以想着也可以扩大一些（而且也迅速就加进来了20个人）。但是又怕太大体感不好。。大家觉得多少人规模比较合适？
