楼主刚入职三个月，但之前有机会进入这个岗位是因为之前的员工休产假了，现在马上就要回来了，但这个工作的工作量其实根本用不到两个人来完成，所以感觉之后就显得我有点多余了，而且她回来之后我工资肯定要少很多了
