想问一下早上起床吃完早饭后无氧,晚上8点多有氧可以吗?因为我是健身小白,之前没怎么锻炼过,身体比较虚,练了两天发现无氧一小时后,有氧就做不动了,继续做就会头晕恶心看了一些网上评论说早上有氧,晚上无氧的就想问问可不可以早上无氧,晚上有氧这样练会不会导致训练效果不太好?
