电脑小白真诚发问，19年4500买的，最近感觉越来越卡了，c盘99g之前爆满，按照各种教程删了，现在也占了70g了，d盘还剩300g好像，我看网上说这个型号加不了内存条，加个固态硬盘会不会有改善啊，各位大佬能不能帮忙看看呢
