习惯性熬夜,黑眼圈很重,经常想强迫自己改掉坏习惯,但是每天晚上想起来要睡觉的时候已经至少是十二点半了,然后想着把手头上的事情完成再睡,基本都一点起步,有时候更晚,早上还要早起。。再或者就是好不容易想起来早睡,十一二点就在床上了,平躺着睡不着,躺烦了就忍不住玩手机,又是个凌晨一两点。。。很想请教一下大家是怎么调整自己的作息时间的啊?
