荨麻疹真的太折磨人了！我夏天可以不开空调，因为开了受刺激会起荨麻疹。我完全能受得了不开空调，耐热。冬天是真没什么办法，只能多穿衣服，结果还被人笑说“没那么冷吧”什么的。
