老两口今天早上在说，我也没太听明白。大概意思就是去个小医院住院，不花钱，然后住一晚上，其他时间不用住，可以回家。这样两次以后再去办大病里加病种就可以不用花起步费1000多，说这个加病种必须要三甲医院。我实在是不太明白，有懂得么？父亲不想去，想法是不花钱他们做慈善？
