上个月生理期期间(异地)分了个手,情绪一度十分崩溃。虽然也就隔了一天半天就调整过来像个没事人了,但不得不承认还是对身体产生了一些影响😮‍💨影响就是这个月已经推迟好几天了,排除xsh(很久没do过了),排除熬夜及暴饮暴食等不良生活习惯。明明过去月经非常规律,基本在苹果系统健康预测的第一天就会来,而且我有佩戴apple watch,经期预测还是蛮准的。但是这次推迟了好几天就很不正常☹️包括下周就要考试了,可能平时的焦虑也会影响到吧(哪怕自己没有意识到)所以大家一定要关注心理健康,尽量让自己保持开开心心的!
