楼主现在每天下班会打羽毛球,游泳,健身,但是一周就7天,每天都去运动很累,肌肉也缓不过来,尝试过一天一项运动(大概是🏸🏋️🏊🏸🏋️🏊)周日休息,坚持了两周实在是累的不行了。我个人觉得一周运动3~4天是比较合适的,但是每项运动就不能玩尽兴了,提高也很慢,这种情况下,是不是舍弃一个比较好,专注两项运动呢?真心求问~💓
