前提:针对于受损严重的发质,如果你没有染发烫发就无所谓。目的在于要把头发养成健康的样子。当然不烫发染发是最好的。洗发的时候先用护发素或者发膜上一遍头发,然后用梳子梳开,然后再用洗发水,洗发水可以多换换牌子用不要经常单独用一种,接着再用护发素或者发膜上发5-10分钟。最后冲洗。然后就是吹头发,吹头发要先把头发梳一遍从里面根部吹起,顺着头发从上往下吹。然后再吹另外一边。保持这样的习惯,头发就会渐渐的养回来,理发店的洗发水都很差。当然还是不要染发烫发,我都后悔,现在准备养回来以后再也不烫发染发了。平常可以吃点黑芝麻糊,多吃肉蛋白,维生素也能多养发。总之身体要多摄入营养,营养足够,头发就足够的健康。希望大家都有一头乌黑亮丽的秀发😊
