目前体重110,再加上150的海拔,就很灾难。体检第一项异常就是超重,减肥势在必行。但本人很讨厌跑步,先后试过爬25楼,跳绳转呼啦圈等,都失败了。最近看到超慢跑,感觉很容易坚持的样子,决定试试,今天是第一天,提前半个小时起床,空腹超慢跑20分钟,微微出汗,然后骑车20分钟去公司,现在在工位上精神抖擞,希望以后能坚持!有没有朋友通过超慢跑减肥成功的,来分享一下心得呀
