之前家里买的房烂尾十年了，开发商也不给解决，也没人管。新上任的书记，把我们小区烂尾楼都列入了保交楼名单（资金缺口5000万），给开发商抓起来了，让开发商给解决问题。虽说问题还没解决，让人看到了希望啊！————开发商被抓两个月了，说自己没钱。————我想发个dy表扬下新书记！让他看到老百姓心里很感动！————（11.26）更新一下，通了暖和天然气！具备了入住条件！感恩！
