中午下楼买午饭，回来时看等电梯的人太多，自己从10月开始就没有好好运动过了，就走楼梯上楼了。到公司8楼时心跳特别夸张，呕吐，喘不过气冒冷汗。难受到不行，感觉自己就要死了，躺沙发到现在十几分钟还是没有缓过来。
